Include the puzzle number, what happened, and the browser and device you were using. If a rank seems surprising, include the word you pinged and the rank it returned. Please avoid posting an answer publicly for other players.
Your progress is stored only in your browser. We cannot recover it after site data is cleared. Please do not send sensitive information.
